US is price matching Frontier on PHX-SFO with prices as low as $97 RT in Feb. Plenty of dates available but requires at least a one night stay.

Very cheap, Colombia-Panama on Avianca. Valid only until 10:00pm Colombia time. Lots of dates available, prices change based on how many days, 2 days minimum. You can find it on the front page of Avianca's Colombia homepage. Titled Colombia-Panama $205 USD.
Not exactly an MR, but 4 segments if crediting to AP for $65 (CAD) per segment is pretty decent plus just a nice weekend in Panama if you do it right.
Only 200 seats available and they seem to be getting snapped up quickly.
The PTY flights are operated by Aerogal, credits to AP, not sure about UA/AV.

I kinda posted it with you in mind Johnny, I saw it and noticed it was only available for a few hours. I was about to buy one but I'm only in Colombia for about 6 days at the end of May, so why spend 2 days in Panama? I need those segments but I'll get them a different way
