Avails are getting scarce now, except november to oz which looks wide open, what dates/ destinations were u looking.

I doubt if this is an error. I would bet this is a "please someone fly on our planes" sale. I noticed those pictures the other day of an a380 economy section with two people in it.

Was looking for mid September (14-17) out of Singapore to Europe (MH fly to Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt) returning around October 13 +/- 5 daysish back to Singapore.

First preference is Paris, then London, then Frankfurt then Amsterdam.

I could book a whole SE Asia itinerary out of this. But most travel insurance doesn't cancel bankruptcy of a carrier...

Taking a look at the seat maps on these fire sale flights shows pretty well just how bad their situation is.

That's true. The planes look disturbingly empty as you select seats. You can just sit anywhere. Nice but feels like a little strange.

Just check and it is still as low as $44 one way from SIN-MNL via KUL for mid-Nov.

Not really. Go book a United flight for mid-December. It'll be pretty empty too. The reality is that most people don't book 4 months out.

Well you are wrong. Going through the fare rules, it's certainly an error. These prices don't even cover the airport taxes.

You are right it does not cover taxes.

Given that MH just fired a whole bunch of people, I don't think much is being done to fix this mess. My biggest concern is that *if* MH goes bankrupt, we lose the tickets and everything booked around it.
