  • Fare feels too good to be true? Don't call the airline!!!!!!
  • Double check that the fare is actually in Business or First as some online search engines or OTA's confuse booking classes on some airlines.
  • Post as many details as possible about the First / Business fare, including fare class, fare basis, one-way / roundtrip, sales channel, sample dates & total price, including taxes.
  • Post the details within the thread itself and not in the post title field as any information typed here cannot be seen by members accessing the thread using mobile devices.
  • Refrain from posting fare requests or engaging in off topic debates such as fare trends, specific aircraft configuration or visa requirements
  • The deeply discounted international fares discussed here are almost always specific to a certain country of origin, so don't ask if it works in reverse (e.g. a SFO-LHR-SFO fare usually won't work LHR-SFO-LHR). Domestic fares more commonly work in reverse.
  • Last, but not least, Don't call the Airline!

LH/LX/OS C fare sale 899/1,499/1,599 EUR from Feb 7

Found on http://travel-dealz.de/blog/2013/01/......-lufthansa/
probably departing Germany, but maybe other EU countries.

899 Euro: Tel Aviv
1.499 Euro: Boston, Detroit, New York City, Washington, Atlanta, Philadelphia
1.599 Euro: Chicago, Dallas, Montreal, Peking, Bangkok, Singapur, Johannesburg
1.899 Euro: Las Vegas, Seattle, Bogota, Caracas

Quick translation:

Book between February 7 and 10th of March for departures between 10th of March and 30th of September. A lot of availability form 1 of July until 31 of August.

Screenshot on blog shows booking class P, but not a bad deal for vacation travel where long haul Y fares are often over 1,000 Euro anyway

These are the same crappy plane AC uses for winter runs to HNL and they are called the 4 amigos, very very very old J seats, domestic layout and absolute minimal recline. Never pay for this seat for any long distance travel unless it is all daytime or you will regret it.
I did many YVR HNLs on these planes and paid for J due to lack of choice.

Added. In fact these have been replaced by the new ones, but ticketing is from tomorrow and till the end of tomorrow only.
Unfortunately the 'replacement' was not finalised (or never happened and I had a glitch on my screen). I also noticed first class A fares of LH have been adjusted. I only saw MOW, BCN and LON participating in that unannounced sale, maybe there were more cities available.

Anyone seeing matching in the other directions, such as US to Europe?

also dont book any Air Canada discount tickets lots of them will not earn miles.BCN is a crap plane for business class and AC will be converting more planes to crap business class. the seats are just poor domestic business class equipped planes.

All Air Canada fare classes earn UA MP miles flown internationally (outside US/Canada).

if you're on the same airline for both trips, they may catch you on back-to-back ticketing..
