In case anyone wants to fly on the famous island hopper, I got LAX-SFO-HNL-MAJ-KWA-KSA-PNI-TKK-GUM-MNL-ROR-GUM-NRT-LAX booked for the same prices quoted above. I couldn't get the island hopper from any other the other origins however.
Yay to being able to cross Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau off the list of visited countries.

I tried to follow instructions in other threads to force CO.com to include the island hopper, but wasn't able to get it to price anything reasonable in the fare. Is there some method I've missed?
As an aside, one can get SFO-MNL for $734 a/i which is 4.6 cpm. Not ideal for a MR, but pretty good for a flight to Manila...then again with all the flooding, it may not be the ideal time to visit.

Noticed the SEA-MNL fare is back at $734+ (mostly $769) from last week of August to end of Nov on NH/UA. Routings thru SFO, HNL, GUM, NRT. Remember NH is starting service to SEA on July 25th. Didnt try other cities but hopefully other FTs can benefit from this! Price varies on Negotiator, TL, Airfare, Big O, NH.
