To my mind this is a good offer to Australia given that this is a fully unrestrticted fare. The only unfortunate side of it is that more and more airlines refuse to allow IATA fares be booked into higher classes (eg, Emirates sucks with IATA economy fares booked in V).

h/t Travelzoo for this one. Looks like you have to arrive on a Sunday, and stay 5 nights. Work to Lihue, Maui, Honolulu, Kona. Good throughout 2010. Books into S and T. It's about 4.9 c/mi.

that is the cheapest i have seen to slc from was in long time, and i just booked using an award ticket to slc cause i didnt find anything cheap

JFK to SFO for $99, or about $110 all in on AA. That's a good 2586 miles. Only 40 of those bad boys and you're EXP.

seems to be gone now at $99 on the 18th, although they have some $99 fares from NYC metro to SFO metro on 2/16-2/21 (possibly later) for $99. $99 on the 18th is HPN-SFO. $109 LGA-SJC, $119 now for JFK-SFO
Return on the 24th is $99 for SFO-JFK.

From my end in SFO, out the 6th returning the 9th is $219 AI. Too much time off work to be worth it for me to save $20 - same $239 fare above is out the 6th, returning the 7th. 3 of the 4 weekends in Feb, there seem to be that fare out of SFO - weekend of the 20th, no cheaper fare going back from SFO.
