Easter Brunch

Anyone has a good recommendation for an Easter Brunch in downtown Chicago or a suburb close to Chicago?

Thank you Sweet Willie. Those are good recommendations but I'm looking specifically for an Easter Brunch because my niece and nephew are going to be visiting me. It is going to be their first Easter Brunch in the U.S.A. and I want them to have that experience because it is different for them.

Besides the day and maybe a few of the offerings, I'm not sure what the difference between regular brunch and Easter brunch is, please let me know.

I understand the question to be where are the good Easter brunches, i.e., places that have a brunch on Easter that perhaps do not have a brunch otherwise? While I do not know the answer to this question, it might be that sometime within the next couple of weeks one of the newspapers will have something in the Friday entertainment sections about Easter brunches. Failing that, I'm not sure what else could be provided, absent a poster having a great recommendation or checking out the listings in Chicago Magazine or Time Out.

You are right ILuvParis. I forgot about the newspaper ads. Thanks. ^

Sweet Willie: The difference is the decorations, easter candies, sometimes an Easter bunny and part of the menu. Some Easter brunches come with champagne (for the adults of course) and even raffles. Thanks.

And the list of Easter brunches was in the Tribune yesterday in the At Play - Dining and Leisure section. ^

We once went to Easter Brunch at the Chicago Hilton and Towers (720 South Michigan) and were pretty well pleased. This was about 5 years ago.

Don't remember the price, but it wasn't cheap.
