I understand the question to be where are the good
Easter brunches, i.e., places that have a brunch on Easter that perhaps do not have a brunch otherwise? While I do not know the answer to this question, it might be that sometime within the next couple of weeks one of the newspapers will have something in the Friday entertainment sections about Easter brunches. Failing that, I'm not sure what else could be provided, absent a poster having a great recommendation or checking out the listings in Chicago Magazine or Time Out.
