Printers Row Book Fair June 11-12
If you are thinking of visitng Chicago this summer, why not plan for the weekend of June 11-12 and see the massive outdoor Printers Row Book Fair?

They close off about 8 blocks downtown on and beside Dearborn and set up 20-foot square tents in the middle of the street. Booksellers come from all over with everything from 10-cent paperbacks to 5-figure rarities.
Restaurants set up tables and bars on the sidewalks and it's a huge book party. Authors read from their works and there is a children's tent with book characters.
