Cancun question

A group of 6 of us are traveling to Cancun in a couple weeks. None of us have been there. However, our group will not all be staying at the same hotel. 4 of us will be at the JW Marriott, and 2 of us will be at the Hyatt Cancun Caribe. Can anyone suggest the best method of transportation between the two hotels? As confusing as it sounds, luggage will be involved when going between the hotels. (Each group 2 days in each location). Any suggestions?

Thanks.

take a taxi. Not expensive and easy for the hotel to arrange.

Taxi cabs are usually cheapest for groups, especially between hotels. Always ask the driver for a rate upfront. To/From the airport, you may want to look into a private van or luxury car - just because there are 6 of you.

If you want to save some money, you can take the bus up and down Kukulkan Blvd., which fronts both hotels, for 6 pesos each way. It runs 24 hours a day. There's no luggage storage per se, so you'd have to hold anything on your lap or stow it in a vacant seat, but it's certainly a viable option.
