Was Denied LNF. Please Help. Thanks.

It's my first time using this request. My LNF was denied by Marriott so I am looking for help.
Check-in Date : 25 Feb 2011 (1 night)
Either Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel or Shanghai Marriott Hotel Changfeng Park

I'm a gold member and looking to book 3 nights at La Concha San Juan Renaissance arriving 3/4/11
With my work corp rate I got $249 for a king oceanview, but nothing waived or extra? Is this my best bet?

I'm looking for a lnf at the Courtyard Isla Verde Beach Resort.
For June 28 - July 4
I may have to book two bedrooms or get a Jr. Suite because the group will be my 3 kids, my wife and me.
Marriott (and everyone else) seem to be showing the same rates
1BR - 185
(Would also consider the Ritz Carlton San Juan if I could get a great deal on it)
