Need help finding a suitable site

I am wanting to stay at the Renaissance Chancery Court in London but each time I have submitted my claim they have rejected it quoting it did not meet their terms and conditions.

I understand you cannot have a voucher and there are other terms in the conditions but each time I think I have found a site, they reject it on another technicality.

I guess my question is this; What sites are best or foolproof to use to submit a BRG?

Also can anyone help with a rate for 3 nights on November 19 for a twin room which would qualify? I would prefer a rate with breakfast but am not sure if this would qualify.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all

Looking for 2-4 November in London. Prefer Grosvenor Sq. or RCC. (Would prefer to stay with Marriott but between the Friends & Family rate at IC and the 2 for 1 at HI, I'm having trouble justifying it.)

Many thanks in advance. :)

Hi everyone,
If I may abuse your generosity here is what I am looking for:

Cologne, Koln, Germany
28 Nov 09 to 1 December 09
2 people

At the Marriott website I get 139€ for the Marriott. Is there any rate eligible for the LNF garantee?
Many thanks in advance.

I have not been successful finding a rate to use the LNF programme so far (Ibis will have to do), but this might be useful for those of you looking to find a cheaper rate:

Marriott Hotels & Resorts just announced a Global Rate Break sale that cuts 20% OFF weekend rates this fall at all Marriott properties worldwide.

This deal is valid for Thursday-Sunday stays at all Marriott brands -- Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, Springhill Suites and Townplace Suites.

I can't PM you for some reason. I don't know your Elite status but if a Full Service property would fit the bill better than a Courtyard, I reckon I could save you a couple of dollars per night and you could stay at the Renaissance Mayflower instead.

PM me for details.

Budapest Marriott Oct 27-30

Looking for a great! rate (mid-week, I know....) for 3 nights, October 27-30 at the Budapest Marriott. Found an advance purchase shopping mall promo for 112 Euros but would rather not pay in advance. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am looking for a great rate at the Marriott in Pattaya for December 21 arrival--depatung December 29, 2009. I have used award points for December 29th thru January 3. Great deal there at 40k points for five nights.
But I need eight nights to keep Gold status for 2010, so if I can find a deal I will spend the entire vacation at the Marriott. Thanks

Looks like the code F5X is still valid for many properties, good for LNF rate if you are planning to stay on weekends before Dec 14! Get them before this rate code disappear!
