Have not had much luck with LNF in past few months. Any tips, and/or recommendation of sites, by inbox would be much appreciated.
Specifically today I am looking at Courtyard Toronto Downtown from Oct 23-38.
Currently at marriott.com for best available rate, standard room, 2 queens I am getting:

Looking for LNF rate from March 19-23, 2016 for either of the following:
Amsterdam Marriott - One King
234 (Stay 4 or more nights, Save 15 EUR, deposit required)
249 (Best Available Rate)
Renaissance Amsterdam - One Queen
249 (Stay 4 or more nights and save 20 Euro)
269 (Best Available Rate)
So far Im only finding lower rates that require a voucher and Marriott bounces my claims.

I think the point may have been that AAA rates are an alternate source of great rates for this hotel (in case LNFs can't be found, and in case the OP has AAA membership or can justify getting it for these savings).
When I stayed in Maui a winter or two ago, the only chain hotel available below $200 (and the lowest priced chain hotel on the island in any brand) was the Days Inn down the road from Wailea Beach and Resort and Spa. (Even the Courtyard in Kahalui was over $200.) So I consider $149 and even $194 as very good rates for Maui. (Of course, those rates don't include resort fees, and you have to add those in, given that Wailea Beach and Resort and Spa is a resort. The Days Inn is not a resort and does not have resort fees.)

I need an LNF for any LAX Marriott brand for two nights: 10/28/15 and 11/5/15. I thought my "free night" certificate from my Marriott Rewards card would get me one of the nights, but the categories are 6 and 7 for the LAX properties. I got these prices on the website:
10/28/15: Courtyard LAX: 203; Residence Inn LAX: 214; Marriott LAX: 219.
11/05/15: Courtyard LAX: 219; Residence Inn LAX: 206; Marriott LAX: 219
These are AAA rates. I could use points, but I'd rather save them for something that will be fun. This trip is due to an illness in the family. I'm not sure it matters, but I'm a Gold (likely to drop to silver next year unfortunately)
