On Command Video Is Terrible
That company(On Command - movies in rooms) has really gone seriously downhill.
Last week I was at a f/s Marriott. During On Command's "supposed" download of new movies, they managed to delete at least 10 movies, and completely failed to add a single new film.
When I mentioned it to Engineering, they said they called OC, and OC admitted the download did not work, and they would "reattempt" it.
Its now 1 week later, and nothing has been accomplished. Amazing....
No wonder their revenue for Q4 2007 was down:

Those ba$tards.
I think you meant for the quotes to be around "download" as opposed to "supposed"...just a hunch.

In Room Entertainment
I often rent movies as well and usually disappointed. Curious if anyone had an opinion of which was the best in room entertainment supplier and what features we think should be in the hotels. Why can't they come up with a better solution?

I have no complaints and no problems with OC. I simply never order the pay stuff!
