Unable to create/modify any award reservations

For some reasons, I cannot create or modify any award reservations from my Marriott account. Any attempts always end up with the error message "Please try again. If the problem persists, you may call 1-888-236-2427 from within the USA or Canada. If you are calling from a location outside of this area, please consult our worldwide reservation directory for the appropriate number." I noticed this problem during the weekend and I still have it as of today. Meanwhile, my wife's account can create/modify award reservations normally.

I tried to call the number mentioned but the agent had no idea what to do to solve the issue. Any ideas what happened and how to fix it?

Unfortunately, I have no idea what is wrong/happening with your account. But I would call Marriott back and if the person again has no idea what to do, I would escalate by asking to speak with their supervisor. And keep escalating until someone finally does know.

Ι am having the same exact problem. Any updates godsquare? The Customer Service people seem to be clueless about the problem.

Try on mobile. I was having issues looking at reservations yesterday but I was able to work around by making changes on the apple app.

I had the same issue earlier when I tried holding a room: No more holds on partial points?
I still can't create or make any changes to any award reservations. It's annoying that I have to call Marriott to book or make changes to my reservation.

No update. I have reached out to Marriott Insiders, Twitter agents, Email support, Phone support. None of the agents seems to care.

iOS/Android apps did not work for me.

Problems making a points reservation online

I am trying to make a points reservation in Paris. Everything is fine until I get to the final page where it tells me "Time is running out. Book now!" But there is no button to click to complete the transaction! I've tried 3 different devices (2 laptops and iPad) and 3 different browsers (MS Edge, Chrome and Safari) all with the same results.

Anyone have a work around or do I have to call in? I'm trying to book from a friend's account so I would really prefer to do this online rather than ask him to call in.

Marriott IT amazes me every day with how bad it is.

Property? Dates - or at least sample dates that illustrate the problem? I tried the top 3 hits in Paris at marriott.com for random summer dates and both have two "Book Now" buttons along with the "Room(s) held for:" countdown. I don't see "Time is running out. Book now" on any page. https://www.marriott.com/reservation/reviewDetails.mi is where I end up.

Actually, I have mostly had positive and pleasant experiences calling in. The agents do seem to be quite helpful. I would suggest that you not hesitate to call in.
