Just got the 2500 points for 1 stay as well. Quite disappointing
I stay generally 8 nights per month, sometimes a bit more, this promo will not bring me very far...

But what isn't clear is, if you got "A1" 2 stays = 1 cert
Now you get "A2" next stay is 2500 points
Is there more? What's "A3"? Is there an A3?

Don't think there is an A3. See the terms
A1 - 2 Stays = 1 Night
A2 - 2500 Pts for next stay
A3 - Every stay counts at 4,000+.....
Win #1: Earn a free night after two stays
Win #2: Unlock your new bonus points offer – and register when it appears in your online account
Win #3: Every stay counts at 4,000+ hotels worldwide
Remember to book direct on Marriott.com.

So your third offer is just that you get the amazing opportunity to stay at their 4000 hotels. Huh.

What do you all think would have been an appropriate bonus after reaching A (free cert) then unlocking the next?
I'm quite happy with 2,500 pts for my next night. How much are you paying for your 3rd night? Maybe if it's $600 at an RC it doesn't seem like much, but if it's more like a $250 stay, that's the equivalent of double points for that stay - what's wrong with that? And if, say, your 3rd stay is at a RI for $100, why getting 2,500 bonus points is like 5x.
Not sure what the expectations are?

The issue is that many people who got the lowest offer have far more than three stays booked during the promotion period. The promotion was hyped as offering multiple bonuses which would incentivize people to stay more. Instead people with this offer have no incentive after the third stay.

Yes if I was in that situation I would ask for a switch. However, since this promotion is so different from previous promotions it is unclear whether that will be allowed.

I may stay 10 to 20 nights during the promo period. So I would have expected something like 10-15 night 25-35k points... especially for those who completed A in less than 1 week. If it takes two months to complete A then 2500 points for 1 stay is certainly a good offer...
I have updated the wiki with what we know so far.

Silver family member unlocked the same offer (2,500 points) everyone else is talking about. Hoping the platinum 3rd unlock is better than that!
