cannot access my account

I have been a Marriott reward member for some time. I try to stay loyal to the chain. Sometime ago, I was trying to access my account and couldn't.
I went to Customer Service who gave me a rest and it still could not work. They then told me that some customers had been experiencing that difficulty and gave me another route, but that still does not work.
Meanwhile, I can still book a room and get my points credited, but for Reward travel, this I can never book.
Can anyone suggest what I should do.

Can you call MR and get them to make an award reservation for you or is your account completely shutdown?

I would suggest calling MR back and escalating the issue. Given there have been a few threads (on various hotel forums) where accounts have been "hacked", you might want to verify that that isn't your issue.
