I just received 2000 points for following 8 hotels on twitter. It remains to be seen whether I will get anything for my Facebook likes, but even if I "only" get 2000 points this month, I am very pleased with the ease of this promo, especially since I just made a booking that used up most of my points.

I'd forgotten I'd signed up for this until I logged on tonight and I've 'liked' 7 from the lists and as long as I haven't unliked them by next week that's 1750 points to my account. :D Email confirmation came though in about 30 mins.

Pity the hotel I am staying in next week isn't on the list.

Received 5 emails (but liked 8) a week ago, and only received 1250 points. Not really sure where the other 750 disappeared to.

Liked a few more properties to make it back up, but who knows what would post

So far on the first day I signed up I liked 3 properties, received no emails, and 7 days out I received 250 points. On the second day I liked 6 properties and received 3 emails, can't wait to see how many points I'll receive tomorrow.

Update: I am now 1 for 9 in postings. The only hotel that I received a confirmation of 1 week Like period was Boston Copley Place and presumably they are the hotel I have my 250 points from.

It's probably because some of the properties aren't tracking properly. If I have time I'll update the wiki, but others can do so as well - just let us know which links cause the 250 point credit and which haven't.

I have trouble receiving points - I received 4 emails saying that they can't credit the points into my MR account :( I contacted CS and they are looking into it. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Liked 8 on Facebook on 5/14, received 3 emails on 5/15 and had posted points for 3 on 5/22.

Looked at some of the Likes that didn't process and unliked them. :D And some of the ones that didn't process weren't on Like status for whatever reason (I know I had clicked on the Like button).

I liked another 8 on 5/22 (six "took" and two didn't).

I never got any email, but I got all my points. :)

I have received 1000 pts for FB but nothing so far for twitter. My account is definitely linked. Am I missing something. Its been a few weeks.

1,250 points hit my account tonight (5 like x 250 points a pop). I'm not sure if my other three likes didn't register or will post later so to be safe I just went ahead and liked three more properties.

Your guess is as good as anyone's as "30 days" is not defined in the T&C's or FAQ's. If course there is some indication this is not enforced anyway!

I initially liked 8 and only got 5 250 credits. So I liked 8 more, and only got 3. Maybe they are now enforcing the limit of 2000?
