Just got 25 points for a retweet and 4 points-in-a-week emails for @MarriottCM @IrvineMarriott @MarriottDenverS and @IndyMarriottDT. So lookin' good this morning, yep.

Still nothing for me. Customer Care was supposed to look into it, but it's been a few days, and now I wonder if I've been gipped out of a 30 day round ...

Mine aren't crediting properly still, glad to hear it's working for some. I've contacted support and will let you guys know what the outcome is. Girlfriend's account seems to be working fine following twitter accounts.

This is annoying.

Since my 30 days should have reset, I 'Liked' two proeprties on the 12th & two more on the 13th, for which I still have not received the 'thank you' emails.

This morning, I 'Followed' Autograph, and about 2 hours later received a 'thank you' email for that action.

In my experience, the twitter follows are more reliable than the Facebook likes. YMMV

I reached out to the @MarriottRewards twitter and facebook accounts - later that day, I was trading E-Mails with someone from the PlusPounts "team" and showed them multiple comments and likes with no points awarded. Got a 500 point goodwill adjustment on my account a couple days later, and also the direct credit of points for hashtagged comments are working again.

Had no trouble at all with FB last month, but definitely having issues at the moment; 0 for 5 on confirmations over the past 4 days.

Indeed Twitter-Follows seem to be working properly though, for both my account & the wife's. 9 for 9 today on 'thank you' emails between us.

Twitter working for me but for some reason an extra three emails today, not complaining though! One was for using the tag #RenHotels which I last used on about early May when this started!

Got a reply about not receiving any confirmation e-mails, boilerplate e-mail explaining how the promotion works. Sent back the same request I originally sent, will see what they say.

Desperate promo. Followed 10 properties on FB, but only 2 posted. Will see how we go over the next few weeks but expectations are low

Replied with a list of the properties I liked on FB, we'll see what happens. At this stage it's really become more trouble than it's worth. I think your best bet is to stick to the twitter properties as they seem to be tracking correctly (feel free to correct me if I am wrong).
