I just received 2k points in overdue FB likes

Check that...I received about 8 emails that I received 250 points but when I checked my account, I had only received two 250 postings. Let's see if the others trickle in.

I am up to 98.

Just got off the phone with Marriott Rewards CS to tell them about the problem. They know the issue and they are doing something about it. While I was on hold I got another 4 messages - checked my account and I got 4x 250 points. They are really trying to bring our hopes up.

It's almost midnight here and I think I'll have to turn my cell to silent mode so we could sleep.

It wouldn't be as bad if we are actually getting those points instead of just endless spam. lol

I received 500 points today so I can't complain about that, but I've also received 15 "account credit" emails....if only that were the case. Spoke too soon, received another 12 emails for a total of 27 today.

I received in excess of 50 emails myself, but alas only 1750 points in my account

This still seems to be rolling. I followed some properties on Twitter, and a couple of days later (i.e., today), the emails showed up. Just got some points from FB on 6/26, so I have no idea how they figure a 30-day window. We'll see if any points show up from this round.

Got a total of 1500 points - and 84 emails ....

I was considering mentioning this to the CS I talked to. I got over 100 emails from them and it ended at around 1:03 CET. Marriott ought to comp us a portion of points for spamming our inbox!

nvm...was mistaken

Haven't received a lot of the following points as of late. Just received three emails from twitter follows, several days after the fact. Emails noted that I would receive -25- points for the follow. Wonder if they changed the rewards structure?

Summary:
25 points for twitter/Instagram follow. No FB.
25 points for hashtag use on twitter/Instagram, must also use hashtag #MRPoints. No FB, again.
25 points for FB check in.
25 points for RT content on twitter, must also include #MRPoints hashtag.

Sounds like they really tightened things up.
Still max 2000 points per month.

I did my third round of twitter follows today. I got 6 emails which did not specify a number of points and 1 email which said I would receive 25 points. last time, I got the points a week later, so I guess we will find out a week from now.
Good news for me is that last month's points were just enough for me to book another night on my upcoming trip. :)

On the positive side now points for 4 actions per 24 hours.
