Busted.
Cannot download folios from the "Activity" screen. When I try I get an angry red "The bill cannot be displayed online. Please contact Customer Support at 1-866-576-5696." I called and was told they shut it down until Monday due to problems.

Please enlighten me as to what FIFY means. As previously noted, the website already has me captive.
NVM, just looked that up... 2 months... Hopefully the amount of time I spend at home before another business trip.

Apparently, Marriott IT has never encountered the term "beta test" before production roll out. So here we go again with our annual round of web site agony.

I notice in the account section it actually says Lifetime Membership right above the lifetime night count.

Everytime I try to make a reservation I get this message:
An unexpected error has occurred
Please try again. If the problem persists, you may call 1-888-236-2427 from within the USA or Canada. If you are calling from a location outside of this area, please consult our worldwide reservation directory for the appropriate number.

This is actually the most functional version of the website I have used in months. The previous iteration would not even load.

A Fix For Something That
With the new web site once you log in, you are confronted with two choices Reservations or My Account.
If you click on Account you are presented with an Overview that shows Total Points; Total Nights and info on the last item posted to your account. To see detail on multiple items you must click on a fine print option to View Activity.
Doing so gives you all recent activity. In my case today a recent hotel stay and credit for MegaBonus pointsbut no info on total nights or points. To recall that info you must go back to Overview. But if you click the Back button you do not get the Overview display that you just left but rather are taken back to the selection for Reservations or Account and you start all over to get to the Overview. Brilliant.
Also Lifetime points are still not displayed. LT is a simple matter of straight additiona simple accumulation that never has any deductions or reversals (as far as I know). I have never understood why this number is considered top secret that requires a call and a waste of time for the member and the agent. Can someone please explain?

The property pictures are not loading correctly on my Macbook Air. The pictures sometimes don't load, and other times, load before disappearing. The pictures load correctly on my Think Pad Carbin.
Other than that, these changes are fine by me. The less cluttered the home page, the easier it is to use IMO. Face it; two clicks to get somewhere rather than a single click is still a miracle, versus what we had to do twenty years ago. I like being able to see my next three reservations by clicking the button on the upper right side of the screen. And the white background with black letters is a big improvement.

Just stumbled on the new look & feel today. Thankfully, I haven't had to rely on the website to actually do anything in the past few days, as it sounds like there are some roll-out issues being encountered (shocking!). So I can't speak to the pros/cons of any functional 'enhancements,' but from a purely aesthetic point of view, my first impression of the new design was really positive.

The new look and feel reminds me strongly of the new Air India and Asiana websites. I guess this is the "2013 look."

I find the way points for stays are showing is really not useful. Previously, you could see the points for the stay, the bonus points, the plat arrival gift, all laid out clearly.
On one recent stay I had to do the math to figure out I hadn't received the 500 plat arrival. And the plat arrival gift for an RI certificate stay last week shows as "200 points (+ 200 extra)". Does this mean 200 or 400? (I didn't note my points total before the stay!)
What's the best way to ask for the breakdown of points to be added to stays again?
