If the Marriott higher-ups would spend less time trying to fix a website that isn't broken, and more time working on getting us our BOGO back, we would all be much happier campers......
Every time Marriott announces an "upgrade" to their website, it turns out to be a disappointment at best, and a disaster at worst.

I wouldn't count on ever getting BOGO's back........

New design for me on FF, same old site on IE.
Though once I get past the new main screen, everything else seems unchanged.

Ugh, logged in and have an entirely new home page... and of course things aren't working.
Lots of open/wasted space that I have to scroll around to find things. Apparently the site is also optimized for a large high resolution screen. Pain in the a$$ on a laptop.

I am showing a new front page and am having trouble navigating. I tried booking a hotel in Montreal and when I attempt an AAA rate, they switch to every hotel in ALL of Canada that has an AAA rate. I called customer care and they said that apparently half of all MR members have been switch but they left the other half with the old booking program. Lots of glitches and filters are not working. I had to call to make a booking and I did lots of complaining. Arrgh!

I saw the same problem with trying to book special rates. It searches the entire state even though I put in the city like I always do.

Ok, their website programmers are incredibly stupid, this is getting ridiculous. Design something and stick to it.

Looks like another thread on the subject.
Here we go AGAIN! (Website changes)
Come on moderators - why don't you change these titles to be clearer.
How clear is the title of the thread "here we go again". That does not define the subject. I am not sure if (website changes is that clear either).
I think the only big change is the first page. Why not say that in the title.
