Where are you seeing point openings? I don't see any on my end, for any month. Not even for a single night.

"Lingerie Dept." in a hotel, certainly sounds strange to most.

Bookings have opened! I am booked for January 2025 for around 80K/night for an overwater villa - not bad.

SethDTX Feb 22, 2024 8:16 pm

Booked 6 nights speculatively, let's see if rates hold for more favorable months - weather wise!

Be interesting to see how long the current "cancellation" policy holds. 2 days is too generous for BoB :D

tylerc Mar 3, 2024 12:16 pm

Anyone notice a destination fee when booking? Just tried and there is a 57k XPF destination fee.

eye84u Mar 3, 2024 12:18 pm

Yes, that’s been there since reservations were made available.

It's brutally high, is it not??

Resort fees are usually like $20 (and they're such a scam regardless)...

It’s in line for the caliber of property that it is. Look at StR Bal Harbour and StR Bahia Beach.
