Looks like my SPG nights and stays credit just posted for this year, but it's only for 1 card instead of both my personal and Biz. Anyone else?

There is no certainty on this issue. A few members report that American Express is enforcing the terms literally, and that you are disqualified from receiving a bonus if you hold any other card issued by American Express. Others report that the bonus is awarded if the application is submitted using a private browser window (or other cookie-blocking technique).
It doesn't seem practical for American Express to deny bonuses to Starwood customers solely because they hold (for example) a Delta or Hilton card. However, it may be that American Express is enforcing this policy selectively if they have the ability to identify likely churners during the application process. The terms are carefully worded to permit this. They say you "may" be disqualified if you are identified as a current cardholder.

I applied for both biz and personal, and was denied personal because I already had an Amercian Express personal account. ANY AmEx personal account. I am still exceedingly upset about that.
