oh no....not sarah palin....you would be much better off getting shot at the hotel....but then again, you could get shot with dick cheney around you as well....

Exactly. I'm playing Russian roulette either way. I'm still not sure who is worse, the hipster or Palin?? Both could pass for homeless. Those hipsters never look to clean and the "snowbilly" is a little to trailer park trashy for me. However, having said all that, I'd take my chances with the trio above before stepping foot inside the four points Miami Beach!!

Let's return to discussion of the hotel.....

The Westin in FLL is a renov job, so I wouldnt expect the room sizes to be anything to speak about. It was either The Yankee Trader or Clipper before the do over,but they really should have torn down the whole place and rebuilt from the vacate lot. But its all new furniture and carpets etc etc

The Westin in Vegas has the same problem it was the Maxim and abandoned for many yrs before the owners purchased it and changed it into a Westin. But the rooms and are are very small since the Maxim was a 3 or 2 * Hotel before , they did put in the Westin furniture but its a far cry from what a typical Westin should be. Hence why so many of us Knock that place in Vegas, but sadly with Planet Hollywood no longer with *W theres no other choice if a person wants a *W Hotel

Now I understand the W SB to be a brand new consturction (I could be wrong) havent wandered into it as yet, so it should match up to what a W standard should be. Although there have been problems with getting all the SPG benefits there and supposingly is being taken care of. Also here Id expexct to find brand new furniture and carpets etc etc

Is everything brand new at the 4P?

If I had a choice Id stay away from The 4P MB, The Westin in FLL and the renov Shearton FLL (which was the old Yankee Trader or Clipper as it too wasnt torn down = small rooms etc etc). (This isnt The Sheraton at FLL Airport, which as a Cat 2 is a great deal except its not on the ocean, but is like a 10 min drive to YI of FLL and some restaurants but not for a Fri night stay for certain people).
