Thanks for the report.

On a separate note, the twin beds in pictures look like the double beds elsewhere but the capacity is listed as 3 (with rollaway). Could two twins work for four people and is the hotel strict about room capacity?

Finally, would you recommend this hotel for our first time in BA? We are also considering the Marriott and Hilton

Yes, i totally recommend, even some rooms (non renovated) are old and worn out, the service is great. I stay there every month.

I have not stayed at the Marriott but the Hilton is a far superior hotel to the Sheraton.
