Does Marriott honor website errors?

As shown here:

I booked a stay at Dearborn, but they moved my stay to Novi:

Does Marriott correct/honor website glitches? Or do they not care, and only "offer to cancel and rebook you at the current rates"?

I am not sure what you are asking, but I am certainly not going to open some random link to find out -- why not just tell us, succinctly, what your question is?

If you booked a TownePlace for $99/night that seems perfectly reasonable, so unless there is some obvious reason that is a mistake then I would expect the rate to be honored. But that doesn't mean Marriott will go to bat for you -- you may need to pursue with the property directly and then pursue your own legal action (either through the Michigan Consumer Protection team or in court) to enforce your rate. Good luck!

I would bet you get nothng. Marriott is not likely to force anything on the property and the property is not technically where the reservation is being held it appears.

I would suggest calling the property directly. If they honor it, great. If not you will have to rebook or stay in Novi.

I, too, am not going to click on a random link.

You don't indicate whether the $99 rate includes Michigan and Detroit taxes on hotel rooms. If it doesn't, that could easily be the difference.
