Upcoming honeymoon: when can I select annual choice benefit after reaching Platinum?

Hi,

I hit 50 nights for 2024 last week and became a newly-minted platinum member for the first time. I am getting married this weekend, and then we are going on our honeymoon immediately after, with one of the hotels being a St. Regis. I would love to try to apply nightly upgrade awards to our stay.

In my profile, it says: "Youve Earned It: 2024 Benefits Arriving Soon." However, it will not let me choose an annual choice benefit. How long does this process take, and is there any possible way to expedite it so that I can try to use NUAs during our trip?

If it is not possible to select and apply NUAs before the trip, is there anything else that we can do to make our honeymoon extra special?

Thanks!

Congratulations on Platinum and marriage!

There is no way to expedite. Annual choice benefits are avaliable when they are. No date is announced.

If you're staying at St. Regis, the butlers should have reached out to you by now. If not, contact them and let them know it's your honeymoon. Then hope for the best!
