Just for clarification : do you wish to claim missing bonus points, or complain about missing bonus points, having already used the standard online claim form ?

The standard form includes a “comments” section, into which you write your request for whatever bonus is missing. IME, this works fine for stays that have already posted.

Except the online form requires a copy of the hotel bill, which you may or may not have available... (and is irrelevant if you are missing the amenity bonus)

From memory, I think providing a copy of the bill is optional.
There use to be an email address which to send additional info to.

The standard claim form, as I understand, is where an entire stay has been omitted from the records. My issue however is with missing bonus points for expenses / incidentals incurred during the stay. The basic stay has posted but not the bonus points
