You don’t know this unless it’s happened to you or someone you know. I don’t think anyone here knows the answer to OP’s question, but I for one, admire his/her candor for being up front with the situation! Too often we have to fish out the real details in a case like this.

I am just curious, what did you do to violate Marriott's TOS?
This is FlyerTalk. I am sure a big chunk of us here have "stretched" the limits of the TOS. In fact, there is a whole FT forum about "Manufactured Spend", which definitely gets close to violating some company's TOS.
That is why I'm not condemning the OP. I also think it's awfully brave of the OP to admit that they violated Marriott's TOS.
