I assume the same, but limited to what concerns me most: AA and MR. (it is only an assumption).

I won’t be able to hit Titanium, or even platinum this year if the virus isn’t gone by June.

I've had airlines and government visa laws cancel 3 trips on me.

Hotel and airline status will be low on my list of concerns if things get worse.

At present, I'm looking at traveling more due to dropping hotel and flight prices! I'm also leery of cruise ships, not as much for Coronavirus as rotovirus! It's also not quite my cup of tea.

As far as fears, none currently. Looking at my chances of: auto accidents, regular influenza, other bad things vs. Corvid-19, I have better odds winning the lottery than getting infected with Corvid-19.

I think some rational thought is in order here. Anyone remember Zika? Swine flu? Avian flu? Ebola? SARS? MERS? Does anyone still avoid traveling to certain countries because they're worried about these things? The fatality rate of Corvid-19 is LESS than SARS/MERS/Ebola/Avian Flu and appears to be dropping. The number of new cases in China is leveling off. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes a non-issue by June.

Personally, would I travel to Wuhan right now? No. China? Maybe. Italy/USA/etc? sure. Still a better chance of winning the lottery than getting Corvid-19 outside of China.

Depending on how you look at this, it has upgrades and business class award space written all over it :)

I usually do the advanced purchase non refundable rate, but with everything that's happening, I'm only making travel reservations that can be refunded.

I think this whole thing has been blown vastly out of proportion to the risk, so my main worry is about plans being disrupted and not being able to travel. Getting sick from this thing is at my same level of worry as having an anvil fall on my head.

I'm doing the opposite, I'm assuming that if it gets so bad (which I expect it will) the airlines and hotels will all offer waivers. I have travel booked in March, April & May and plan on making those trips unless it's impossible to.

I am still going to Florida for 10 days next week. Hopefully my upgrades will clear.

We have a 18 day trip to Croatia/Italy (Rome and Tuscany)/Prauge in early and mid May. Haven't cancelled yet. We are flying from ORD via Dublin so if worse comes to worse I guess we just spend a month in Ireland. We'll be getting a ton of MR points back if we need to cancel so it shouldn't be too onerous. Will obviously be bummed if we don't get to our original itinerary, though.

Depending on where you're going, you should be golden. I'm seeing some major price drops over the next month or so for Orlando, with even rates for this weekend having dropped >$80+ for some hotels.

Seeing how the markets are reacting, some people might prefer the anvil!

Still continuing as planned.
This month was in Cyprus Athens Germany.
April will be Kraków Taiwan Canada Bergamo Italy and Tbilisi.

But Bergamo I am now on the fence. Not so worried about getting it. More worried of being quarantined for weeks from a country that bans Lombardy region travel.

BTW W Abu Dhabi is in lock down coz an Italian was tested positive

Primarily all travels are regional now rather than international... so dramatic impact on airline status, not too much impact on hotel status...
