Maybe we’re slowly going back to the old program. Today, back to PPE. Tomorrow, the return of SPG.

thanks Marriott to get the competition get new customers ;)

Mine just dropped with no explanation from PPE to Gold. Big demotion.

I was going to sign up for new bonvoy cred card, but not now.

Also still not getting credit for 2 nights from 2 weeks ago.......I sent an email in for that

Went from Ambassador to PPE. Maybe that's why they haven't been responding to my emails?! :(

How many nights did you have in 2018? By the sound of things, the app has simply gone on the fritz today and presumably that will ultimately be resolved (someday - who knows when). But it would be a more valuable data point if you (and others) were to indicate if they've been artificially demoted or finally moved to the status to which they belong.

Your logic for selecting credit cards must be quite a bit different than mine.

I sure wish. Now we can only reminisce of the days when the App actually worked, when stays posted quickly and accurately, and when customer service both knew what they were doing and were enabled to make the correct changes if necessary. Those were the days...

Yep - dropped from Titanium (and was greeted as such on check in yesterday) to PPE on the app but the web shows Titanium. My card in my Apple Wallet downdated to PPE

Hopefully resolved quickly. Will be interesting to see how stays post- bonus points etc.

Maybe...in the new system Plat is below Titanium. If its just displaying the old status comparable to Titanium then yes. Can't tell which.

CO-PLAT Mar 6, 2019 1:06 pm

Mine shows PPE current & Lifetime Tit E.

canael Mar 6, 2019 1:22 pm

Amb to PPE as well here..

Intl359Widget Mar 6, 2019 1:27 pm

Interestingly the Marriott website shows Titanium while the App shows PPE so I'm curious to see what status the Courtyard has me as today for benefits... perhaps a lowly Starriott Silver? ;)

Me too PPE > Gold so the Club Lounge in the Sheraton I booked is now out of reach ..... no warning or so > will have to a) switch my spending to Hilton/IHG and b) transfer my points to an airline
Goodbye Marriott
