Today the app has downgraded me and walked me back in time to Platinum Premier Elite status. |
My ongoing 6-night stay at a Courtyard has been miraculuosly shortened to a 5-night one by the app. Fingers crossed the correct number of nights will still be credited correctly. The app also still doesnt show registered promos. |

The app also still doesnt show registered promos. I also had an usual sequence no one could explain where my reservation duration was cut short one night prior to the actual check in date. I only noticed this when the app wasn’t prompting me to check in. No one could explain this to me despite having the confirmation email that showed the correct stay length. Working with phone customer service was essentially a shoulder shrug and treating it as I was lucky to get back my original rate, the hotel itself was a bit more apologetic. |

mine went from ambassador to ppe on the app....the website still shows me as ambassador elite....

Yep, my app shows Plat Premier too. Maybe some glitch is going on in the system.
