Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport (Italy)
Club Lounge
Had access as Titanium.
Open every day, Saturday included, from 6am to 10pm.
Good snacks and drinks choice all day long (water, white and red wine, beer, coke, juices, milk; vegetables, selection of cheese, bread, nuts, crisps, cakes, fruit), along with a double machine for hot drinks.
Great spread during happy hours (from 6pm onwards), with pasta, rice, salads, ham, different kind of cheese, mozzarella and tomato, bread, and many more items, along with three different cakes.

The place itself is very large, so a lot of space to sit and relax.
I think one of the best (maybe the best) club/EXE lounge Marriott Group has in Italy!

Update 28th August 2019

Johannesburg - African Pride Melrose Arch Autograph Collection

No lounge, Titaniums (and I assume Plats) get daily vouchers for continental breakfast in restaurant. Decent cold options, but if you want a hot breakfast (made to order) you need to pay the difference of only R30 (worth it considering that amounts to about $2 USD).

I was under the impression that M Clubs were 24/7. Was it really completely closed or just no breakfast offered?

Just finished a 30 day trip and here are some updates:

Prague / Carlo IV, The The Dedica Anthology Autograph Collection / No Lounge; Breakfast in restaurant - The only thing I would add is they will cook eggs to order but they don't promote this, so you need to ask.

Bratislava / Sheraton / OPEN - the only thing I would add is that breakfast is included but served in the restaurant (as noted in sign in the lounge) and is a very nice buffet with an egg station for eggs cooked to order.

Madrid / AC Santo Mauro, Autograph Collection / No Lounge; choice from 3 types of continental breakfast - confirmed. Also an upcharge of €13,20 to order a la carte.

Brussels / Marriott Grand Place / OPEN; key accessible 24 hours. Yes, it has monitors and printer but no computer connected to them or if a computer is connected then it is turned off. Front desk will print things for you but you need to email them the doc or email. Breakfast is in restaurant with an egg station for eggs cooked to order.

Frankfurt Marriott

Two recent stays with breakfast available in the M Lounge everyday of the week. (No option for breakfast in the restaurant given on these stays.)

Over the breakfast and evening hours a staff member was at the lounge door checking room numbers.
