FWIW,
I use my PayPal debit card (not prepaid one) to load my NW Buxx today. For some reasons, I typed my 3 digits CVV wrong so I got an error from NW. However, the load amount was deducted from my PayPal account and none showed up in my NW account. Hopefully I will get a refund in a few days. |

I tried to load Serve using a NW Buxx card and got an error message to call AMEX. They told me that I can't use a prepaid card and de-linked it from my account:(:td:

BB also seems to have a limit on the debit card load of 3 loads before they block you - requiring proof that the DC account is yours. Had this happen on both mine and my wife's BB after 3 loads. They will set up a 3 way call with your bank to confirm the DC is yours.

Perhaps worthwhile to try and add your card again and see what happens if you then try to transfer, say a token $10 amount. |

WM Billpay with USBank VB
I just enrolled as a parent for the USBank VB and entered my SO as the teen. Under "my account" on their website, I am listed as the "account holder" and my SO is listed as the "card holder". My understanding is that I will receive one card with my SO's name on it and that I can add funds to it.
My question regards liquidating funds. As the "account holder" can I do a WM Billpay even though the card is not in my name? Or, should I request a card with my name on it? Any help is greatly appreciated! |
