I got the same error message. When I registered I loaded $20 and when I received the card I loaded 500. Two days later I tried loading 500 with both CC on file and got the error message. I tried 480 on both cards and got the error. Has anyone found a reason?

Paying Citi with USBuxx

Has anyone had address verification issues paying their citi cards with US Buxx on phone?

Never mind.. I read at another forum that this is a chronic known problem. I was under the impression this was only related to online serve debit load.

Strange. Buxx seems to work with some PayPal business debit cards but not all.

I oddly have one student card that wont load with PPBDC. The PPBDC will load all my other accounts (even after trying the failed one first). I can load the failed one after the fact with another credit card, So odd. It drives me nuts trying to figure out why. I have very detailed spreadsheets on when I load and how much I load. I can tell you , for me, its been very difficult to make it systematic.

BTW - anyone know how many student cards one can have on US Buxx? I am up to 4 and every time I hit a wall, I create a new one. I would create more but I don't want to get shut down just yet.

NWBux. Trying to use spouse as parent and add self as child (also done self as parent and spouse as child) but getting an error:

Cannot ship any additional cards to purchaser's address.

so one card per person(ssn) for nw?

If I have my monthly setup in place to charge me twice a month, will February be an issue as it's 28 days?

Can't you set the specific days each month you want it to draft? Just don't put any of the draft days to be 29th, 30th, or 31st.

I have 3 teens (and cards) on my 1st account. When I setup a 2nd account I got the same error. So I assume it's 3 cards per address.

Someone might know better, though.

I assume your citi premier is a mastercard. It would be good to know whether any load via Citi AA visa would be posted as purchase.

Feel free to try. Dr Drew and I have chanced it, so maybe you could be the one to give the AA card a go.

As of 8 months ago, Citi AA definitely coded as a CA.
