if a primary card number has already been linked to a member's account and their AU with same number is trying to link it to their account, if they get error message and later asked to upload card/pic, it will NOT be unblocked because the primary card number is already linked to another card. It is best to switch to another card that is not associated with another account.

None of those seem to be the issue, this is a brand new, just authorized Arrival card not linked anywhere else. Regular charges seem to go through fine, but each time I try to add to USBuxx or Serve, i get error messages. I verified the addresses look exactly the same and I see temp authorizations on the card from Buxx and serve. Also, the serve error message is not the one I typically get when I need to submit a photo of the card. Totally confused at this point.

VISA Buxx

Is anyone successfully doing online buxx debit loads to BB, Serve, or Redbird? I'm seeing in the wiki that they don't work and may flag your card, but also have seen a few statements of success.

I tried linking US Buxx twice to serve for online debit load. Each time, after uploading documents for verification and successfully linking it, when I tried to process the online debit load, it gave me an error and flagged my account. I had to call again and the CSR said that the address cannot be verified. I removed it from my serve account.

I called Barclays and Serve and neither can fix this... Serve said they are getting an address error when trying to verify but online and the phone rep verified they match exactly. Any other ideas? I'm desperate to use serve and Buxx ASAP!

BB worked last month.

Did you get 2nd 1% from citi? for paying it back I heard they don't give the 2nd 1% for payments to financial institutions.

Only had 1 statement so far, but I've received the full 2% for my 3 loads to our NW Buxx cards in December. Despite the Wiki warnings, I've been using the Citi DoubleCash for my NW Buxx loads this month and no issues (no CA charges, received purchase points and payment points).

That being said, there was a random $71 of ineligible Payments that the CSR couldn't figure out. She gave me the credit, but is still looking into why a portion of my payments didn't get credit. And no, it wasn't due to statement timing or a single transaction (as my smallest charge was $499), so clearly the missing $71 was some sort of glitch.

Always received full 1+1% on everything so far. Pretty much the only thing I use my DC for is load the USBuxx. If they'd code this as a FI they'd most likely charge a cash advance which Citi does on almost everything else but USBuxx...
