Ok, I THINK I've figured out the trick. It seems even though their language is add or edit, their counters for the two are run separately. So, I've been exclusively using edit as my method of switching payment methods and it has started giving me that error. I just now tried deleting then adding, and it worked. You must have just been using delete/add, so after hitting the limits for that, switching to edit worked. Probably good to stick with edit until delete/add counter resets then toggle back.

Update... so I edited in a new card yesterday afternoon, max load. Edited in a 2nd new card this morning, max load. Tried to edit in another one right after (just now) and got the too many sources error message.

I'm thinking the EDIT has it's own 2/24hr, 3/30 day, 5/180 day limit, and the ADD has it's own separate one. Because I've edited 2 in the last 24 hours now and the 3rd got denied. Will report back if late tonight or tomorrow I can edit a 3rd one in.

I think the parent's SSN is the only one USB cares about since the parent is the one funding the account. By putting in the parent's SSN they should be able to see all the teen accounts.
