VISA Buxx
Just happened to me too with TD Buxx. Annoying. This is a debit card. My credit card load to Serve with Fidelity Amex worked as usual though.

Yup, likes like Visa has caught up to us. I had to call in for my Buxx and i was transferred to a supervisor who then told me that i can't use my card for "cash transactions" like that.

I just loaded $1,000.00 from TD Buxx to BB yesterday afternoon with a cashier at WM. No issue.

That is why your transaction online rejected. Not only NW buxx, but many other credit cards have similar issues now.
The other guy were talking about loading BB in walmart. So it is not the issue about whether it is serve or BB. It is about whether you do it online or in store. Don't call before you investigate anything here. It will only get you being paid more attention on these "cash transactions".

i had trouble at the end of the month
loading onto serve from USbankVisabux at WM, then the regular girl was there, and low and behold, it worked fine. so either something was going on at the end of the month, or something changed at WM. I did call US bank and they told me it was not on their end and that WM was rejecting the payment.
last two days, have had no problems |
