You've logged into the teen account. You need to log into the parent account, and then you can fund the card under the "Manage Teens" menu.

Come on everyone. Quit looking a gift horse in the mouth. If TD implemented this change by not allowing non-TD cards to be added, be happy with the non-TD cards you already have added. Calling in for manual changes will only close this loophole more quickly.

I think that's being a little generous to the amount of skills and training of the level 1 support people that answer these phone calls. Also I would assume, maybe incorrectly, they can edit an existing funding source instead of having to add it as a new one.

AGAIN!! DO NOT CALL! IF YOU CARD DOESNT WORK ANYMORE, LET IT GO AND FIND ANOTHER SOURCE. Seriously, they implemented changes to their system for a reason, They will not honor your "change of card". Don't make people regret sharing information with you.
