Tried to sign up for a second TD card for the girlfriend. Same address, but used a different CC- albeit one of mine, where she's an AU. Keep getting an error that the card purchase for the teen has failed and to check the payment details and try again. I've double checked the card info and it's fine. Anyone know if there's a limit to one card per address?

It's far more likely the exploding hoards of MS newbies on this forum that constantly ask the same technical support/customer-service related questions about their Buxx cards is what will ultimately kill off these cards for good. These cards are not difficult to figure out and have not fundamentally changed in ages. Over 100 pages in this ~200 page thread are from the last 6 months for a thread/product over 10 years old. Not a good sign of the future. |

CapOne funding TD GO
This is truly weird.
On a different CapOne Quick Silver, the funding continues to show TWO pending charges, but only reduces the available credit by ONE charge only. No reduction on available CA either. The funding from Jul 21 is posted today with Jul 23 date. Yet one pending line remains. Again, it does not seem to affect available credit or CA. The Pending seems to be a "ghost line" because it does not affect the available credit nor the CA. Also note the difference in Merchant's name between Pending and Posted. 07/21/2014 TD Go Professional Services $1,001.00 Posted Transactions 07/23/2014 TD BANK TD GO CARD LOAD Professional Services $1,001.00 |

That's exactly what the problem is. Credit card account has to be under the name of the person who is opening TD Go Card account. |
Anyway around the TD bank GO card for the states not supported option? Please PM me if you dont want to post in forum. My sister lives in one of the supported states, and I can use her address.
Thanks. |

I usually don't take a pro-blogger position but the blogs have mentioned some form of these cards for a VERY long time. And the cards stuck around for years.

I dont mind the call hassle for $3000 per month MS. Now, need to decide which card I want to do that for? I am an AU on the card that I want to earn miles, but it has the same card number as the primary (wife). Dont know if I can change the billing on AU account while keeping primary the same...or change the billing for my wife itself...decisions decisions... :) MS just doesnt make life easier :)
We get our statements online, so is there anything I need to be aware of if I do decide to make the switch?

Only way to do this is to change the billing address on one of your CCs to her address, and use that CC to fund the TD GO card. Your call as to whether it's worth the hassle.

My cashback is greater by buying GCs and paying the GC fees. But I haven't found a way to register Vanilla GCs.
