Banking Question
For background, I'm doing about $30k/mo in MS, mainly with SM VGCs, with most MOs going into 2 different credit unions and one online bank. I put small amounts into Schwab (also online) and a US Bank Business checking account in branch.
Here's my question - I'm doing ACHs from the credit unions and online banks to make credit card payments, but what do credit card companies care about/what raises red flags? Most of my MS is through Chase cards and I'm wondering if they care about money coming in from multiple banks for multiple cards or if I'd be better of consolidating the money in one place and making all Chase card payments from one account. Same with Amex. Do they care where payments come from?
Thanks in advance. Just don't want to deal with either an Amex or Chase shutdown!

I recently did a Zero BT, and the system offered to ACH the funds to an account. When I clicked on that, I got a drop-down menu showing three different accounts (one CU, one online bank, one local bank), all of which had previously been utilized to make payments. So, obviously they track where your payments originate from.
What CAN raise red flags with some CCs, is PUSHING additional payments, but this varies widely, by frequency and number.

This is really hard to say. I do not really do regular MS for income. Mainly work to get to certain elite status. So my volume is much smaller than yours. A lot of high rollers do $100k+/month.
If you pull funds from CC banks and CC banks see regular US banks and CUs, then all should be good. Same goes to pay from your own banks or CUs. But I would control the payments to fewer than 5 payments each month and each one is between $1k to $5k. I do not want to send one large payment each month either.
Also, I do not use important CCs for any MS activities. Only fringe CCs. Those CC banks do not shut down CCs often, and if they do, I do not really care. I still have the Avianca Vuela card. It earns 2 miles at grocery. I do not care if they shut me down....
