xx/xx/15 - xx/xx/15 Promotion

Participating items must be purchased in a single transaction. Limit one(1) offer per transaction

These coupons often do not scan properly(coming up -0.01 along with a 0.01) and require override. Override is always required at SCO.

If the coupon off your next order does not print out, you can request it online here.

When redeeming the coupon, the following items are excluded in the calculation of the minimum spend requirement:
-Fluid dairy such as Milk, Half & Half, etc
-Blunts, alcohol, and smokes
-Gift cards, Lottery tickets, MoneyGram, etc
-Taxes

Did not earn fuel rewards, but P2/P3's J4U coupons worked for $10 off $500 variable visa cupcakes.

I got a $2 off J4U coupon for something called the Everyday Select Rewards Visa Prepaid Card. It's apparently the Albertson's family of stores' (includes Safeway) foray into the prepaid card world. Looks like it's administered by Netspend. One thing that's not clear is whether reloads at Safeway are free or just discounted by 50 cents. Info and discussion welcome.

Yes, curious about loading at Safeway. Can you load these with gebits? Their monthly plan for loading is $3.95?

I've inquired about these cards at my local Von's service desk and was told they can only be purchased/reloaded with cash, but it might be YMMV situation.

This morning, my local Safeway was OOS on the $100 MCGC’s, so the Customer Service desk let me substitute two variable cards, at $500 each(!) with the same discount. To add icing to the cake, this transaction did not delete the promotion from my J4U account, and I was able to re-use it at another store a few minutes later.

A win-win.

Not much gives gas points at Safeway that is practical for everyday spend. Even prepaid cell phone load cards don't give gas points.

Really miss my local Kroger affiliate Smiths accepting Visa Cards... shifting gift card purchases to Safeway beyond a few J4U offers has been pretty underwhelming due to how few cards earn gas points compared to Kroger.
