DP needed: is Paypal part of Amex small business promo?
There's been some reports on reddit claiming that paypal falls under the Amex small business promo. I wanted to see if there are any data points that shows otherwise.
I know plastiq does; however, I'm a bit apprehensive using their service. I'm familiar with paypal and its reliability.
