Even better...
If you have a Bank of America credit card AND your OfficeMax/Depot has Visa GC in stock, you can actually get $38 off $300...

Keep hearing talk of using INK at OD/OM, staples, etc.
Is there any problem with using amex simplycash?
any shut downs, denials, reason not to etc? same 5% at office supplies stores.

I went to my reliable Staples, and it was wiped out of both Visas and Mastercards. There is no deal there!

Quick question since I'm new to this side of things: How do I load a PIN onto one of these cards?

I've been using simply cash, so I hope there is no issues. Haven't been denied yet, but I've only run a couple thousand $ through it so far. And, of course, the cash back doesn't post for two months...

There isn't a problem. Just what you value from the MS. UR is better in this case because of its flexibility.

Ok, went through an OM today and did two rounds of $400 (why $400 instead of $300? Well, I get 2% cash back and the activation fee difference between the $100 card and the $200 card was $1 so it was a net gain/savings of $2 to do so). Went to another OM and they were out of VGCs (well, not out...but they only had two $100 cards left). Worth noting is that the second OM was across the street from a Target while the other wasn't, which I suspect explains the difference.
To be clear, this is a Visa-only offer, right?

Ugh wasted 2 hours driving to 7 OM/ODs. Nothing but $50 and $25 left. Ran 7k through so fast so can't complain. Going on a road trip so maybe I will get lucky.
