It still worked for me today for separate transactions of $569.90 paid in cash and got $40 off each receipt. I did this for the last 3 days with no problem doing several transactions.

Interesting and sort of annoying how some store managers at the same store implement policies differently. Today ended up buying over $2,000 of these cards ($600 each time to get $40 off). Some managers state they are not allowed to sell these cards in separate transactions. And others will let me buy multiple sets to maximize the instant rebates. Truly YMMV. Enjoying racking up tons of points though!

Nothing in stock anymore. I only found a few with the back barcode exposed. Not going to risk it. It was fun. I only got enough to finish the min spend of CSP.

you still got time and the variables are plentiful in almost all ODs since they're on cash basis. But if you have cash to w/d from atm coming from buxx loads or MO deposits, you can roll them into instant profits.

Went by my local store hoping to grab some more before the offer ends.

My store was cleaned out of every denomination from $25-$200. Are people buying the $25's and $50's or is it possible the stores pulled them off the shelf?

Only a complete degenerate loser would buy the 25 and 50s. I suppose someone could buy a $200 and 2 $50s with the $20 promo but just to buy the $50s and $25s, you'd have to be a complete tool.

Call me crazy but I don't get the appeal of the variables. Sure you get $20 off but you don't get any CC points (certainly not the 5x on the Ink). The UR from Ink is the main draw for me here.

Driving around to various OD/OM's just to get $19.50 off (per $600) and then having to go through the trouble of unloading them, I don't get it.

why would anyone buy $25 and $50 fixed values when the fees are high even with $20 discount? Let's say for 6 x $50, with 5.95 fees, that'll come up to $35.70 less $20 = $15.70 in fees for $300 worth? And higher fees for the $25 cards. Is it for the 1577 UR for those with Ink?

I agree- I went to this store the other day and grabbed some $200's. I did not want to be a pig so I left some $200's and a number of $100's. At that time there were a bunch of $25' and $50's. Today they the visa racks were cleared out of any and all denominations.

I was able to get one batch of $200s and a bunch of $100s today. I almost went for some packs of 4x50s (since on a 2% card I'd still log a profit) but ultimately passed on them.

For every $600 in variables bought, you make a $30 profit. For the past two weeks I have been buying variables, loading redcard, transferring to my bank account and withdrawing cash to purchase more variable reloads. Now granted I live/work in the heart of Chicago with access to 3 OD/OM's and 2 Targets and I am able to do this on my lunch break but I figure for about a total of 2 hours worth of work I will make a pure profit of close to $600. I find that appealing even if I am not getting rewards points on top of the profit.

Since I was near them anyway, I tried the 2 east side stores. One had $100s, but I didn't want to bother with them. Got some Simons instead.

I don't know how you got $19.50 for every $600 but since I've been buying them rolling funds I've loaded to cards and from buying MOs last week, this week when there's no more $200s, I crunched my numbers and after trying a cash transaction of $600, it still required manager override due to amount but it gave me my $40 (gross less 9.90 fees) with total $569.90.

I understand either people get it or they don't; some scoff at 5% instant profit but with cooperative stores that will allow you to purchase lots of these and with easy liquidation tactics, these turned out to be very profitable. This was enticing w/o much effort and driving around.

I see now what you missed. The fees for 3 x $200 fixed value is $20.85 compared to $9.90 fees for buying 2 variables in different combination amounts. That's why even if we pay cash for two, we still get a net profit of $30.10. There's no need to drive around because there's plenty of these in stores. I don't know about others but it was easy for me to liquidate $500 and $100 cards. I understand if it's too much trouble for one like you to liquidate them but for others, they can easily feed these to RBs or buy MOs.
