How long did you wait? The offer email came for me anywhere between 5 minutes and an hour later. However, to get an offer confirmation email at all, you must have your Amex settings instructing for it to come. Some people forget to tweak them. Also check Spam folder. Was your total charged about over $100? You can't just get a $100 VGC - $15 Q because that will leave the charge too low to generate the credit. If worried, log into Amex and see your pending charges. As long as $100+ is showing from Staples, it should post fine within a couple days. Let us know how it goes, good luck!

If you see the offer on one card in an account, don't click "Save" immediately. First check to see if the offer appears for any other cards with the same login. Once you "Save" to one card, it will disappear from others with the same login. The way around this is to use multiple tabs or browsers to load the offer for each card separately, then click "Save for each. I detail this in FAQ point 3A of the Amex Sync Master Thread I maintain on SD.

Using the link someone provided above (15 off 150 - not amex sync) , my order went through fine. my "wife account" order went through but don't see it later in her order history. now just received a call from Staples saying that my order cancelled because coupon is not valid for this gift card. just fyi guys
