I'm trying to transfer to another person with the same home address but different bank and credit card information, would that trigger something?

Read the wiki ever? Nobody knows. All you can do is try and see when/if you get shut down.

My sisters's AP is under her maiden name (old Amazon account) and BB is under her married name. She said she can't get her BB to link to AP.

Did ur sis used info on BB'S check? It won't work.
U need to use "direct deposit" info of ur BB'S account. U can find this in "setting".
But if ur sis already knew that, then I don't know why since SS should be same, correct? Hope sis can link BB to AP.

The wrong expiration date trick to avoid the $1 hold seems to be dead. Was just trying to add an AGC to one of my accounts and used the wrong expiration date. Wouldn't let it go through, warned of wrong expiration date. Had no problems doing this trick this past weekend.

So I was locked out of an account and kept receiving wrong username/password. Every time I called Amazon, the rep said an account specialist needs to verify my account and to provide some information to them. I did this 3 or 4 times and each time they said they'd get back to me in 24hrs - it's been 1.5 weeks. Finally today I got this email:

Greetings from Amazon Payments.

Please, at your earliest convenience, ask your bank to contact us directly so that we may verify the information on your account. Your account and order will remain on hold until we can do so. We will gladly assist you with this order and any other orders on your account as soon as we receive approval from your bank.

An Account Specialist can be reached via fax at (206) 266-1838.

Thank you for your interest in Amazon Payments.

Sincerely,

Account Specialist

Any idea how to continue? I have Serve connected as the bank (info for DD from settings). I'd have them contact them, but they don't say how or what info they need.

Just tried this now and it worked with an AGC. Maybe you didn't use a 'valid' invalid exp date.

Does anyone know you get back the CC limit of refunded funds?

ponickka May 31, 2014 8:18 pm

Anyone got the pending status? First time it happens to me...should I worried?

payeco May 31, 2014 8:25 pm

OT but is it wrong to say the more AP accounts I get, the more I end up at the AP home page and the more I want to bang that blonde woman?
