unfortunate if all 2 story, btw how are they designed
or due to partial opening? only 2 categories loaded
all the press said 4, would be quite a typo / error
either way, possibly 24 / 4 = 6 or 24 / 3 = 8

not all categories reference "first floor"
maybe middle categories guarantee floor

Susuki "River-fronting, east-facing rooms close to the Living Pavilion, Susuki are located on both the ground and first floors, looking over the gardens."

[ground?] Nara "west-facing rooms with views over the beautiful moss-covered gardens, adjacent to ancient stone entrances and in the heart of the resort."

[first floor? "and mountains"] Kaede "west-facing rooms with views over the beautiful gardens and mountains in the distance, adjacent to ancient stone entrances and in the heart of the resort."

Hotaru "west-facing rooms and are located on both the ground and first floor, ensconced on the mountainside and fronting the fast flowing Kamiya river."

2 2BR villas (residences?) called pavilions, top one "most secluded area of the resort"

I hope this property won't need scooters or buggies to get around.

110k jan 5-10, 13-16
kaede added to inventory (below is all 3 categories)
if pavilion tatami rooms are enclosed, could act as third bedroom
pavilions do not specifically mention a powder room (nemu does)

added this >

Susuki are located on the ground with the view of moss covered garden or the first floor with the partial city view with maple and wild cherry trees

Nara are west-facing rooms on the ground floor
Kaede are west-facing rooms on the first floor

Hotaru...ground floor rooms face the beautiful moss covered garden and stone wall, and the first floor rooms are ensconced on the mountainside with maple trees

currently seems calendar not allowing room category filtering
blocked online mar 20 - apr 19 , apr 25-27 , jul 17 - aug 16
former dates are peak, latter are tokyo olympics + 2 weeks

categories could easily change >
splitting Susuki and Hotaru by floor
merging Nara and Kaede into one

hotaru still not loaded online

top 3 categories loaded
as expected dramatic rates for two 2 (or 3) - bedroom villas

some nov dates may have been blocked and now opened
or some bookings of lower rooms may have been upgraded

Managed to find the Kerry Hill book with the Amaniwa plans and drawings , now Aman Kyoto

there are 2 x 2 storey buildings both facing a river - one block with 5 units per floor = 10 units in total , one block with 3 units per floor = 6 units .

And 2 x 1 storey buildings with 3 units per block = 6 units
( 2 units with 2 bedrooms ? - takagamine & washigamine )

in total 24 “rooms” .

unless plans have been modified .

Amendment: The smaller of the two storey block has 2 units and not 3 per block therefore it’s 4 units .
So in total it’s 22 units and the 2 villas must be new additions to the original plans .

seems like they might be residences, like 4 at nemu
buyer of aman kyoto long planned niseko residences
(kyoto and niseko both 'older' kerry hill designs)
not sure if either kyoto or nemu is considering more
