These are the terms and conditions on their UK site. They suggest you need to complete other forms/screens as well.
Terms and Conditions
1500 miles will only be credited on successful enrolment into Hertz #1 Club Gold following the link provided. Completing details on this page does not constitute enrolment into Hertz #1 Club Gold – all required details must be completed on the following pages at hertz.co.uk

Miles & More enrolment offer ends December 31st 2009. Or when 1000 new members have enrolled into Hertz #1 Club Gold via the link provided – whichever is soonest.

1500 miles will be credited by January 31st 2010.

1500 miles cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one Hertz #1 Club Gold enrolment per Miles & More member permitted.

Existing Hertz #1 Club Gold members are not eligible to take part in this promotion.

Only the first 1000 new Hertz members who join through the link provided will receive 1500 Miles & More miles.

Looks like I've just made it in time. The welcome email I received doesn't mention anything about 1500 miles but since I managed to enrol via the link provided I assume I was one of the first 1000. An awful lot of personal details to provide if I don't receive 1500 miles!

But still AT and BE seem to be excluded. Could this be part of the rules imposed by the EU commission for the OS takeover by LH? And, it can not be combined with other M&M promotions. As I am registered for three promotions simultaneously now (double status miles, "Extrameilen- beeilen" from AT to DE, ZRH and INN, and "Aufgedreht" - this one), I am really curious what will happen on the flights where all three of them are combined. And I have quite a few flights coming up ...
Has there been any new information as to why Belgium and Austria are excluded? I have sent M&M a query for clarification, but am still waiting on the answer.

I think I already enrolled in Hertz #1 Gold a few years ago, but I could never find any trace of it. So far they seem to have accepted my new application, although I gave a Swiss address this time...

I thought I've read on Flyertalk about the coupon but it must have been on another site:

where is the T-Mobile thread ? - What contract?

Sorry, but as we say in german: I searched me a wolf and cannot find the T-Mobile thread....

As T-Mobile is currently offering 20.000 Miles for new contracts, I am searching for 4 -8 new contracts. 7Mobile and talkthisway are still giving high casgbacks, but I still haven't found a contract, where the cashback is more or less the same like that what I have to pay during the 24 months subscription period.

2 years ago that worked perfect with the "Business-Active" contract.
Does anybody have an idea if such a contract is still offered or which contract has the best ratio between cost and cashback?

You'd better delete this data. It is too easy for LH now to track you down and delete it, if they read it here. Maybe you are lucky and they haven't so far!
