Arriving from PVG and connecting to BCN (usually departing from A) can I go to the FCL in B area or I have to go directly to the A gate? Also, If I am allowed to stay in the B Floung, will they drive to my plane departing from A?

Yes you can go to the B lounge (assuming you have the credentials). It is unlikely they will drive you to your gate. Note that you have to pass through immigration after leaving the lounge to get to your gate.

Not Very Familiar with FRA design but assuming we deplane at the B gate with 2h layover, is it worth it to go pay a visit (I won't have to pass security twice?) otherwise I will just settle for a Senator lounge in the Schenghen Area

It's up to you if it is worth it. If it is a busy time at FRA, or if your inbound arrives late, perhaps not. I don't know if PVG arrivals will get forced through security or not. I would decide on the spot if I had time and it was worth it to have a peaceful shower in the FCL.

It is actually for my wife, she is bad with direction and will drink 1 glass of champagne at most, I will suggest her to go directly at the lounge next to her departing gate, thank you for the advice and help!
